i have multiply illnesses from hart failure to diabetes i also had a stroke . i  relay don,t know how am supposed to feel am i father of the most beautiful children and i could do with some advise please on how to get my children threw this bad time for them  losing there father is not going to be easy on them could any one offer me advise please..

Hi Keith, there seems to be so much going on in your life, I can only imagine how overwhelming things are at the moment. There are a few steps you can take which may help at this difficult time for you and your family. Firstly, you need support for yourself, do you have friends and family that are offering that support? Its important to allow them to help in any way they can. Secondly, take one day at a time. I can appreciate that there is so much going on, but the truth is that you need to take things slowly, deal with the situation one step at a time. Its also important that you talk about your feeling, anxieties, thoughts and emotions, by sharing these it will help take some of the emotional pressure you are currently under off a little. Finally, you sound like a wonderful dad, your children are your priority, spend time with them, enjoy your time with them and be strong for them. This really is the time to create positive memories for them, these memories will give them the strength that they will need when the time comes. I feel that the most precious gift we can give our children is our time.
